Customized and personalized items do take extra time to create so please keep in mind that the delivery time frame may vary depending upon your request.
Modified & custom designs involve additional fees.

REPAIRS & RESTRINGING
We will happily repair your broken jewelry or restring your aging items at no cost within 90 days of purchase.

Pieces that have been broken or damaged from heavy handling or dropping will involve additional fees. We are also not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Repairs can take up to 2 weeks.
Repair items requested more than 90 days after receipt will be subject to a repair fee.

We will happily give new life to your tarnished jewelry at a reasonable cost.
